In addition, he agreed with Al Gore that we are causing global warming by our activity. Moreover, he said Gore used charts, graphs, scientific studies and time lapsed photographs very well to highlight the problem. He said in the end that the US can” lead the rest of the world in stopping global warming. And it even tells us how”

Scott Nash, http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/inconvenient_truth/articles/156, he said that Gore was trying to make Bush responsible for global warming . Moreover, Gore was concentrating on his political ambitions more that the global warming problem. In addition, he was not accurate with pictures and Gore took winter pictures and compared them with summer pictures.

Finally, my opinion ( my review):

Gore presented the problem clearly. In addition, he worked hard to have these charts, graphs and scientific studies. Moreover, what happened to his sister and son made him work from his heart and that helped him to transfer his idea to the viewer. Finally, this was a fantastic movie and I learnt a lot of facts about global warming and I hope to be a part of this programe.

task 3 An Inconvenient Truth

An Inconvenient Truth is a fantastic movie that covered the global warming very well. In this essay I’m going to write a review of An Inconvenient Truth.

This may be the scariest movie that I’m going to see this year or even in the rest of my life. First of all the scientist said “We are causing global warming”. Al Gora the one who presented this program, said that global warming has many bad effects e.g. it’s caused very strong storms like what happened in USA. An example of these storms” Hurricane Katrina” was one of the five deadliest in the history of the United States. Moreover, the climate change increased widely in the last twenty years and this is a major reason of the increasing of sea level. If the climate change will be the same and no one will try to stop it, the sea level will increase to cover a lot of important area where millions of people live.

To sum up, this fantastic program could reduce the global warming or stop it. In addition, it’s highlighted the problem in a right way and put possible solutions. Finally, I advise everybody to see this movie.

Introduction to global warming
In this post I'm going to introduce the global warming. It's one of the biggest problems facing the world and the biggest reason for climate change. global warming is caused by many things.

First of all, the most important cause is Carbon Dioxide. It comes from cars emissions, buildings, restaurants and anything powered by the fuels. Moreover, the second important cause is population; more people means more food and using fuels more. The third cause is greenhouse gas; if ther are located in the atmosphere it will keep the heat energy that should be lost in the space.

These are some examples of global warming causes. Overall, global warming is “The progressive gradual rise of the earth's surface temperature thought to be caused by the greenhouse effect and responsible for changes in global climate patterns. An increase in the near surface temperature of the Earth” (Environmental Services, natsource).

Blog project- Task 1

My name is Abdulla Ali Sulaiman Al-Ali. I'm 19 years old. I attended school when I was 6 years old and I finished high school in 2007. I graduated from Al-Falheyia secondary school with an average of 80.4% in science major. In the same year, I attended Abu Dhabi Men's College as a diploma student and I was nervous because I wanted to be a higher diploma student. Anyway, this did not stop me to be in higher diploma. I studied very well and I got high marks in all subjects so I got a chance to transfer to HD by doing the challenge exam and it was difficult but I passed it.

I decided to study business accounting because my math skills are good and I liked this subject. After graduation, I'm looking to be an accountant for the government or a big company and complete my studies to get the bachelor and master degrees.


In this blog, I'm going to highlight some information about global warming and climate change. I'm going to post about it in later tasks.
